About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s development during their most important learning years. You’ll create engaging experiences, build strong relationships, and help every child feel valued, confident, and supported — including children with special educational needs and disabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
  • Providing high-quality care for babies, toddlers, and preschool children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
  • Supporting children with SEND through tailored activities and positive behaviour strategies
  • Creating a clean, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular communication and updates
  • Encouraging positive social interactions and helping children develop confidence and independence
  • Taking part in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your early years practice

What We’re Looking For

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, daycare, or similar setting
  • A good understanding of child development, safeguarding, and behaviour management
  • Experience or knowledge of SEND is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children
  • First Aid certification is an advantage, but we’re happy to support you in gaining this

Why Join Us?

You’ll be joining a nurturing team that truly values its practitioners and recognises the impact they have on children’s lives. If you’re passionate about early years education and want to work in an environment where your care and creativity are appreciated, we’d love to hear from you.
