Job summary
We are seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our team. Minimum level 2 or higher. You will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. . We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery
- Assist with nappy changes and toilet training
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Follow all policies and procedures of the nursery

Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum level 2 Early Years
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
- EY teachers holding QTS including NQT Practitioners L2 & L3
- Ability to drive positive behaviour and manage challenging situations
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to work well in a team invironment
- Leadership qualities to take charge when necessary
