The Lighthouse Nursery is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team in Leamington Spa.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong early years professional to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance are consistently delivered.

What we’re looking for:

• A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
• Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding early years education
• Strong organisational and communication abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the nursery
• Inspire, support, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards
• Maintain high-quality learning environments in line with EYFS
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals
• Manage occupancy, staffing, and overall nursery performance
