Lighthouse Nursery is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, inclusive setting in the heart of Leamington Spa. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and thrive.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
• Act as a key person, building strong, trusting relationships with children and families
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
• Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice at all times

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Have a sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Be caring, motivated, and child-focused
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be committed to professional development and high-quality practice
