Charlton Imperial Nursery is growing and we’re looking for warm, motivated and enthusiastic childcare professionals to join our exceptional team.

The Role

We’re excited to welcome a friendly, enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to our lovely team! If you enjoy sparking little imaginations, celebrating milestones and helping children grow in confidence every day, this could be the perfect fit for you. You’ll work alongside a supportive, dedicated group of practitioners to plan creative activities, inspire learning and help shape a joyful nursery experience in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, caring and high-quality learning experience for every child in your room
• Plan exciting activities, observe children’s progress and support their learning journey
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and your team
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where all children feel welcome
• Help uphold our nursery’s policies, values and commitment to excellence

About You

You’re someone who brings energy, kindness and a genuine passion for early years education. Ideally, you will:

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Have good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Love working with children and supporting them to learn, play and grow
• Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
• Be reliable, flexible and eager to keep developing your skills
