The Role:
As an SEN Educator, you will:

• Support children with special educational needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Work closely with the nursery team to deliver inclusive learning experiences
• Implement and support individual learning plans (EHCPs where applicable)
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and external professionals
• Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN (essential)
• A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred)
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development

Working Hours:

• 12 hours per week (flexible across the week)
