Job summary

Tree Tops Montessori Nursery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing and child-centred environment. We are proud of our Montessori-inspired approach, supporting children to become confident, independent learners in a calm and purposeful setting.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS and Montessori principles
• Support children’s learning, independence, and development in a safe, prepared environment
• Act as a key person, building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Observe, assess, and plan learning experiences that meet individual needs and interests
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
• Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice at all times

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Be calm, patient, and passionate about supporting children’s independence
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be committed to ongoing professional development
