Job summary

Bentley Manor Childcare Centre is looking to appoint a caring and committed Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our established and supportive team. We are a child-focused setting that values high-quality early years education, strong relationships, and professional development.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment
• Act as a key person, building secure and positive relationships with children and families
• Observe, assess, and plan activities tailored to individual children’s needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
• Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice at all times

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Have a sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Be warm, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development
