The Ark Nursery in Pontesbury is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will help create engaging learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a positive, inclusive nursery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Support planning and delivery of age-appropriate learning activities
• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and parents
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing and development
• Complete observations, assessments, and learning records accurately
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
• Work effectively as part of the nursery team

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
