Barnkids Nursery in Godalming is looking for an inspiring, experienced Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team and continue delivering outstanding early years care and education.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of early years professionals
• Ensure the nursery meets and exceeds all EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, safeguarding, and quality assurance
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold Barnkids’ values and standards

About You

You will ideally have:

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
• Proven experience in a nursery management or deputy management role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
• A genuine passion for early childhood development
