The Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, supporting children’s learning through play, and ensuring their wellbeing at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Observe, assess, and record children’s development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Support children’s emotional and social development
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
