We’re Hiring: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Oaklands Nursery 

Oaklands Nursery is looking for a reliable and confident Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team. This role suits someone who is consistent, organised, and focused on delivering high-quality practice in a structured nursery environment.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education within your room.

You will be responsible for supporting children’s development through planned activities, maintaining a safe and well-organised environment, completing observations and assessments, and building professional relationships with parents. You will follow safeguarding procedures at all times and work closely with your team to maintain standards across the setting.

Job Skills / Qualifications
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (full and relevant), strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, clear safeguarding awareness, and proven experience working within a nursery setting. You communicate well, work effectively as part of a team, and understand how children develop at different stages. You can plan and deliver activities that support learning and engagement, and you bring a professional and reliable approach to your role.
