We’re Hiring: Nursery Manager – Little Rascals Pre Prep
Little Rascals Pre Prep is looking for a strong Nursery Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the setting. This role suits someone who is organised, decisive, and able to drive standards while managing a team effectively.

The Role
You will lead the nursery, ensuring high standards of
care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for managing the team, overseeing staffing and ratios, maintaining compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements, and ensuring the nursery operates safely and efficiently. You will drive occupancy, manage performance, and build strong relationships with parents and external professionals.
You will take ownership of standards across the setting, addressing underperformance where needed and ensuring consistency in practice.

Job Skills / Qualifications
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (full and relevant) as a
minimum, with strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework and
safeguarding requirements. Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or
Deputy Manager with responsibility for leading a team and managing a
setting. Confident in managing staffing, ratios, and compliance, with
a clear understanding of Ofsted expectations. Strong leadership,
organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to drive
standards, manage performance, and maintain a professional and
reliable approach.
Skills / Qualifications:
