Are you an inspiring early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are excited to be opening a stunning new nursery in the heart of Walton town centre and are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Leader to help shape our setting from the very beginning.

The Role
As Deputy Nursery Leader, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated practitioners
  • Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
  • Contribute to planning an engaging and inclusive curriculum
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community

What We’re Looking For

  • A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years
  • Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
