Little Rascals Pre Prep is looking for a confident Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team. This role suits someone who is organised, consistent, and focused on delivering high-quality practice in a structured pre-prep environment.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality care and education within your room.

You will be responsible for supporting children’s development through planned activities, maintaining a safe and organised environment, completing observations and assessments, and building strong relationships with parents. You will follow safeguarding procedures at all times and work closely with your team to ensure standards are maintained across the setting.
