Forest Hill Montessori Nursery is looking for a strong Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team. This role suits someone who is calm, consistent, and confident in supporting children’s development within a structured Montessori-led environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality practice within your room and supporting children to develop at their own pace.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children’s learning through Montessori and EYFS approaches
• Planning and delivering purposeful activities based on individual needs
• Maintaining a calm, organised, and engaging environment
• Completing observations and tracking development accurately
• Following safeguarding procedures at all times
• Building strong, professional relationships with parents
• Working collaboratively with the wider team
