opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing People
Team at our Central Support office in Lymm. As a Recruitment
Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment
of talent across our ever-growing nursery group.?

A Recruitment Administrator at Kids Planet gets:?

What’s Involved?
• Identifying and implementing creative approaches to
attracting top talent.
• Producing and managing adverts and
communicating with candidates.
• Identifying and
implementing ways of improving candidate experience from first contact
to onboarding.
• Building collaborative relationships with
the wider team to ensure a strong approach to achieving recruitment
targets.
• Working with our HR system to assist hiring
managers with their candidate management.
• This role will
involve some travel to events and occasionally to some of our
fantastic nursery settings!
What a Recruitment Administrator needs:?
• Recruitment experience is desirable but not
essential
• Experience in the Early Years sector is
desirable
• Competence with Microsoft packages
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.?
• The
ability to work well within a team.?

Kids Planet is dedicated to safeguarding
