Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards
• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities to support learning and development
• Take on key person responsibilities, tracking and supporting children’s progress
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a strong team environment
• Ensure the nursery remains a safe, clean, and stimulating space
• Support each child’s individual needs and promote inclusive practice
• Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

About you

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Have previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Are caring, dependable, and motivated
• Thrive when working as part of a team
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
• Are committed to helping children learn, grow, and succeed
