Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them thrive? We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Jitterbugs team as an Early Years Educator!

We’re looking for someone to work full time or part time hours (24.75-41.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is:

Requirements
? Applicate MUST hold at least a Level 3 qualification in childcare.
?A strong understanding of child development and a desire to support each child’s learning journey.

About the Role – Early Years Educator
As an Early Years Educator, your role will involve:
?Engaging children in exciting and educational activities that promote learning and creativity.
? Supporting children during mealtimes, encouraging healthy eating habits and positive social interactions.
? Overseeing key children’s development by observing, assessing and tracking their progress to ensure they reach their milestones.
?Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports emotional, social and cognitive growth.

You will also be responsible for:
?Assisting with care routines, including nappy changes and toileting.
?Encouraging independence and confidence in young learners.
?Building strong relationships with children, parents and the wider team to ensure each child receives the best possible care and support.
