You must hold a full and relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting and developing high-quality practice across the nursery
• Working alongside teams to enhance learning environments and experiences
• Championing child-led learning and bringing Curriculum for Excellence to life
• Mentoring practitioners and encouraging professional growth
• Supporting observations, planning, and meaningful assessment
• Inspiring teams and creating positive, engaging learning environments
