About the Role:

As Nursery Manager, you will:

· Provide strong, visible leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding

· Drive continuous improvement in line with the EYFS, statutory requirements, and company quality frameworks

· Lead, support, and develop a skilled and motivated staff team, embedding a positive culture built on being Accountable, Reliable, Caring, and Honest

· Oversee the day-to-day operational and financial performance of the nursery, including occupancy, staffing, and budgets

· Build strong, positive partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals

· Act as the Nominated Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

You will be supported by a Deputy Manager, a wider leadership team, and the Head of Region.

What We Are Looking For:

We are searching for a motivated and reflective leader with the passion and purpose to deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families, and staff.

You will:

· Have leadership or management experience within an early years setting

· Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements

· Be confident leading teams through support, accountability, and professional trust

· Be organised, reflective, and committed to high-quality practice

· Hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Early Years qualification and a Leadership & Management qualification

· Hold a clean enhanced DBS check and be able to provide two satisfactory references
