Banana Moon Day Nursery Catterick is seeking a confident, calm, and child-focused Nursery Manager to lead our thriving 88-place setting.
Our current Manager is stepping into an Area Manager role, so this is an exciting opportunity to take over a well-run nursery with a strong team and solid foundations already in place.
This is not a turnaround role. It’s a chance to lead and make your mark.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
  • Leading day-to-day nursery operations
  • Supporting and developing room leaders
  • Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and compliance
  • Keeping the nursery Ofsted-ready at all times
  • Managing staff rotas, recruitment and performance
  • Building strong relationships with parents and professionals
  • Creating a positive, organised and consistent team culture
About You

  • Organised and consistent in leadership
  • Experienced in managing and developing teams
Essential Requirements
  • Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
  • Leadership experience in an early years setting (Manager/Deputy/Senior)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding & compliance
  • Experience managing staff and standards
  • Enhanced DBS (required)
