Your Role
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll:
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Plan creative, engaging activities that inspire curiosity and joy
- Observe, assess, and tailor learning experiences to each child’s needs
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all
- Work collaboratively within a team that truly supports each other
We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- A positive, professional, and nurturing approach
- Passion for early years and child development
- Good understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework
