Early Years Practitioner | Permanent, Year-Round Role

Salary: Up to £30,051 DOE (FTE – pro rata for part?time hours)

Contract: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday

Opening Hours: 8am to 6pm, Mon–Fri

Location: Essendene Lodge Nursery – Caterham, CR3

Join our warm and dedicated team at Essendene Lodge Nursery, where curiosity, creativity, and confidence are at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to support children aged 3 months to 5 years in a bright, engaging, and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities
• Observe and track children’s development
• Build strong relationships with families
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming setting

What You Need:

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE?approved)
• Nursery/childcare experience
• Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
• A caring, positive approach
