We are looking for a passionate, friendly and hard-working Deputy Manager to join our nursery team at The Diamond Centre, NR7 8TR.

Salary

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Deputy Managerworking Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day/40 hours per week, following a shift pattern. The Diamond Centre is open between the hours of 7.45am-6.30pm

  • Safeguard the children from harm

Requirements

  • The successful applicant will need to have…
  • Level 3 qualification
  • Management experience: 1 year+
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Works well in a team
  • Great understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS)
  • Strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills and time-management
