Job summary
Job Description:
Level 3 qualification or above is essentiall for this role.
Preschool Room Leader leading a team of practitioners with children aged 3-4 years.
Leadership experience essential.
Knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements required including safeguarding and welfare requirements.
Knowledge of child development and how to support children into the transition of school.
Experience of SEND children.
Competent in observation, assessment and planning.
Competent in dweveloping enabling language rich learning environements.
