We’re Hiring: Early Years Educator

The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress

• Build strong relationships with parents and carers

• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are always followed

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)

• Has experience working in an early years setting

• Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework

• Is warm, nurturing, and passionate about supporting children’s development

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills

• Is reliable, proactive, and committed to high standards of care
