We’re Hiring: Experienced Room Leader – Toddler Room 

Are you an inspiring early years professional with a passion for supporting toddlers during their most important developmental stages? We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to lead our thriving Toddler Room and make a real difference every day.

The Role

As Room Leader, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of practitioners within the toddler room

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

• Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Monitor children’s development and maintain accurate records

• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers

• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are upheld at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience working in an early years setting (toddler room experience essential)

• Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above

• Is a strong, confident leader who can motivate and support a team

• Is able to effectively delegate responsibilities while also taking direction from senior management

• Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills

• Has a sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures

• Is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education
