About the Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who has a genuine love for working with children and is keen to begin or develop a career in early years education.

You do not need to hold a formal childcare qualification — full support and training will be provided — but you must be passionate, reliable and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play

• Assisting with daily routines including mealtimes, toileting and outdoor play

• Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment

• Working closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of care

• Building positive relationships with children and parents
