Would you like to lead a thriving Early Years setting set within 76 acres of beautiful grounds? Our children are explorers and adventurers, warm, curious and full of energy. No two days are ever the same.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Early Years Centre Manager with a passion for outdoor learning to lead our Early Years Centre (ages 0–5). You will nurture creativity, independence and resilience, working alongside a kind and dedicated team and contributing to our unique 4–5-year-old Atelier approach.
Permanent position | Monday–Friday | 48 weeks per year
The nursery is open 7.30am–6.00pm. Competitive salary, free
meals and on-site parking included.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Level 3 Childcare of Equivalent
- Up-to-date Child Protection and Safeguarding Training
- First Aid Training
- Significant experience of working with children under five with a good or outstanding judgement
- Thorough knowledge and experience of working in an early years setting and to be able to communicate effectively with prospective parents during tours
