About the Role
- 30–40 hours per week, flexible shifts and job-share options
- Work alongside experienced practitioners with children aged 0–5
- Support children’s learning and development through the EYFS
- Help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment
- Assist with safeguarding, record-keeping, and communication
- Be part of a friendly, professional team
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiasm to start a career in Early Years
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
- Reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Famly or similar software experience is helpful but not essential
Training & Support Provided
As an apprentice, you will receive:
- Enhanced DBS (arranged in-house)
- Paediatric First Aid
- Safeguarding
- Food Hygiene
- Ongoing training and mentorship
- Annual Staff Conference and training day

Eligibility & Safeguarding Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be 17 or older (Ofsted requirement)
- Live in the UK
- Hold valid Right to Work in the UK
