Job Title: Full-Time Childcare Practitioner
Location: Woodfield Plantation, Doncaster
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 52 weeks per year)

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Practitioner to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, while ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with EYFS requirements

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating activities

  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety

  • Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)

  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Previous nursery experience preferred but not essential
