Flower Pots Day Nursery is currently recruiting for a Level 3 or higher qualified Deputy Manager to become part of our friendly team at our nursery based in Apsley.

This role is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow your childcare career with additional training and promotion opportunities.

Duties:

• Safeguarding the children and supporting the Manager with the smooth running of the nursery, following all of the company policies and procedures.
• Ensure best practice within all rooms
• Ensure occupancy levels are maintained
• Maintain ratios at all times. observing and recording the children’s development. carry out age appropriate activities.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Adhering to the nursery policies and procedures always.
• Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents and staff within the settings.
• Ensure high standards are maintained at all times
