Job summary

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our nurturing, all year round setting. This is a full time, permanent position working across our vibrant nursery rooms. You will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and joyful environment where every child feels valued and supported.

What You’ll Be Doing
•    Building warm, trusting relationships with children and families
•    Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences in line with the EYFS
•    Observing, assessing and celebrating children’s learning and progress
•    Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and communication

What We’re Looking For
•    Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
•    A genuine passion for early childhood education
•    Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
•    Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach
•    Reliability, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement
