About the Role

As a Room Leader, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and support a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding early years practice

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children thrive

• Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS, following children’s interests

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Support the development of your team through mentoring and positive leadership

• Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are consistently met

About You

You are:

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years (or above)

• An experienced practitioner with a genuine love for working with young children

• Confident leading a room and supporting others to be their best

• Creative, enthusiastic, and full of fresh ideas

• Committed to providing high-quality early education and care

• A positive role model who leads with kindness, professionalism, and passion
