Are you an inspiring and experienced early years professional with a passion for nurturing young minds? Noah’s Little Ark Nursery is looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our exceptional team and help steer our ‘ark’ with care, creativity, and confidence!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery

• Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding are consistently met

• Provide strong leadership and support to a team of early years practitioners

• Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant policies

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

• Drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes and nursery operations

• Oversee staff development, appraisals, and recruitment

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5 or above preferred)

• Previous experience in a managerial or deputy managerial role within a nursery setting

• Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• A warm, nurturing personality and a true passion for early childhood education
