Job summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic and
committed Deputy Nursery Manager with the desire and drive to be part
of our nursery, Little Farlington, and be instrumental in being part
of building something wonderful.
Little FarlingtonĀ is a 57-place day nursery, set in the
beautiful grounds of Farlington School in Horsham. Our ethos is all
about 'what is possible'. The nursery's mission is to provide the
foundations for strong and successful future learning by fostering
innate curiosity and individuality in our youngest learners,
encouraging them to take risks, lead, play collaboratively, develop
resilience and discover, explore and adventure.
Our nursery is an important part of our whole school.
Farlington is a co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged
4 to 18, and is set in 33 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside. The
school enjoys a strong reputation for its academic excellence and
welcoming community. Farlington students are happy, fulfilled young
people, fully engaged in the life of the school community,
aspirational and committed to their studies. Our beautiful site
supports our passion for outdoor learning, and as an all-through

Skills / Qualifications:
- Early Years Level 3 or above
