Term Time Only | Permanent | 4 Days Per Week
Sabden, Lancashire (Village Setting)
Salary: £13 per hour + £50 per month SENCO allowance
A small, high-quality Early Years setting in the heart of Sabden village is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator with SENCO responsibility to join their warm, nurturing and close-knit team.
This is a term-time-only role, ideal for an experienced practitioner who values a calm pace, strong relationships and genuinely child-led practice. The setting offers a true home-from-home environment where both children and staff are supported, cared for and valued.
Due to limited public transport links, a driving licence and access to a car are essential.
About the Role

4 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Core hours 8:30am – 4:30pm (Friday finish at 4:30pm)

Flexibility to cover earlier shifts when required

Over-2s provision, predominantly supporting children aged 3+

SENCO responsibility with additional monthly allowance

Supporting inclusion, SEND planning and individual needs

Working closely with families and the wider team

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

SENCO qualification or willingness to undertake SENCO training

Experience supporting children with additional needs
