Early Years Practitioner – Level 3 (Level 2 Considered)

Full-Time, 8am–6pm
A welcoming, family-focused nursery in Caterham is looking to expand its small, growing team. This setting is part of a well-known franchise, but is run very much as a home-from-home – warm, nurturing, and built around strong relationships with both children and staff.
With recent expansion and continued growth, the nursery is now seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner. Ideally Level 3 qualified, but Level 2 applicants with strong baby room or toddler room experience will also be considered.
Role Details
Salary: From £14 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 8am–6pm (nursery opening hours 7:30am–6:30pm)
Contract: Full-time
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays
Parking: On-site parking available (subject to daily availability)

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
- Level 2 considered with strong baby or toddler room experience
- Confident, warm and child-focused
- Able to work effectively within a small team
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Proactive, positive and committed to high-quality childcare
