Nursery Nurse

Job summary

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for every child
• Supporting day-to-day care including hygiene routines, nappy changes, and general housekeeping
• Following all health and safety policies to ensure a secure setting
• Understanding and applying company policies and procedures
• Using the EYFS framework to guide daily practice and inspire learning
• Contributing to planning, observations, and development records
• Working collaboratively with your team and taking direction from management
• Communicating positively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Keeping all information confidential and respecting privacy
• Encouraging creativity and exploration in a stimulating learning space
• Supporting other rooms or sites when needed
• Engaging in professional development and training
• Being punctual, reliable, and committed to consistent care
• Promoting and upholding safeguarding standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare and education
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
• A kind, approachable, and friendly personality
• A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practices

Working Hours:

• Shifts between 7:15am and 6:00pm
