Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year

```Duties```
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children in the nursery room
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and monitor children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Provide guidance and support to assistant staff members
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Keep accurate records of children's attendance, behaviour, and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with other nursery room leaders and staff to create a cohesive and positive team environment

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
-Some previous experience at leading a room
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
