Who are RAFAKidz
RAFAKidz provides high quality, affordable early years childcare and wraparound services to the children of serving RAF personnel and the wider defence community (other military personnel, civil servants, contractors and their families). Since its inception in 2019, RAFAKidz has grown rapidly and this is your chance to join as we continue to expand.
RAFAKidz is a not-for-profit organisation, reinvesting surplus income to support the RAF community.

We offer subsidised childcare for colleagues to be able to bring their children with them, high quality up-to-date training including using our software to electronically record your observations and updates. A typical day in a Level 3 role will include;

Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities

Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements

Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children

Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
