Job summary
We’re looking for a Deputy Manager with experience in child development, committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Toddletown Farnham nursery, that is a beautifully renovated setting just minutes from Farnham train station.
You will support our Nursery Manager in leading our highly qualified and experienced team, offering all colleagues support, guidance, progression and development.
As Deputy Nursery Manager you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine” you will also support your room-based colleagues, by observing, mentoring and delivering best practice and regulatory compliance.
You will also gain valuable experience in the commercial running of the nursery, by supporting the Nursery Manager to manage parent enquiries, tours and enrolments, budget management, staff rostering, and recruitment, staff performance and wellbeing.
