Location: Mexborough, South Yorkshire Job Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only Salary: £24,000 – £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners.

• Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education.

• Manage daily operations, compliance, and Ofsted requirements.

• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community.

• Drive continuous improvement and uphold our child-centred ethos.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 or above in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent).

• Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting.

• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusion.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.

• Passion for supporting children’s development and staff growth.
