As a valued Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Collaborate with your team to create a positive and inclusive culture
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies
- Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
- ? Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification – Essential
- ? Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
- ? 1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable
- ? Knowledge of EYFS and regulatory frameworks – Desirable
