We are looking for an experienced Early Years Manager to lead our experienced Charlton Heights nursery team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children. About the Role
As Early Years Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team of practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
- Has proven leadership experience in an early-years setting.
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Is highly organised, approachable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Has strong communication and people management skills.
