Job summary
Banana Moon Caversham is a thriving nursery looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to join a happy nursery where we focus on encouraging children to develop and learn through fun and engaging play.

Job Purpose:
Nursery Nurses are expected to provide high quality education and care of children whilst maintaining a safe, caring and welcoming setting where parents are happy to entrust their children and where children are encouraged and supported to flourish.
The Nursery Nurse will be expected to:
- adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements
- follow education curriculum and deliver/maintain standards to ensure highest possible inspection grading
- promote a successful business with a first-class reputation and engaging with the local community

Skills / Qualifications:
- Required: Full and relevant level 2 or 3 qualification as defined by Department of Education. Required: DBS enhanced disclosure within the child workforce sector Desirable: Paediatric 12hr First Aid certificate Desirable: Safeguarding training and qualification
