Salary: £14.60 per hour | £30,368 per annum
Contract: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30am–6:00pm | All year round | Closed on

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, qualified early years professional who can lead a room with energy and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and education.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 or above full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Experience working in a children’s day nursery
- Previous Room Leader or Team Leader experience
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Safeguarding procedures, and SEND support
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric care
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your room and support your team to deliver exceptional early years education
- Act as a Key Person and build strong partnerships with parents/carers
- Ensure your room meets all EYFS and safeguarding standards
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Mentor and develop practitioners to grow professionally
