About the role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Nursery Senior Deputy Manager and wider leadership team to ensure the nursery operates smoothly day-to-day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting staff across all rooms
  • Championing high standards of care, education and safeguarding
  • Overseeing curriculum planning and high-quality practice
  • Coaching and developing practitioners
  • Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Aminimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Strong knowledge of theEYFS
  • Experience in asupervisory or management rolewithin early years
  • A passion for high-quality childcare and team leadership
  • A commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development
