Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3)

The Role
We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners at Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team. As a key worker, you will play an essential role in supporting children’s early development.

You will:
- Be a key person for a group of children, planning and recording their learning journeys.
- Deliver fun, creative, and educational activities in line with the EYFS.
- Provide a high standard of care, including health, hygiene, and safety.
- Work closely with parents, providing updates and building positive relationships.
- Contribute to the wider nursery team, supporting colleagues and sharing ideas.
- Attend training, meetings, and parents’ evenings as required.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (with GCSE English/Maths or Functional Skills if required).
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete).
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting desirable.
- A passion for helping children grow and develop.

Hours & Pay
- Full-time or part-time available
- Salary: from £12.27 an hour (depending on qualification and experience)
